Gary is Educational Co-ordinator of the Finchcocks Charity for Musical Education.
The Finchcocks Charity supports musical projects specialising in period keyboard instruments. The support covers concerts, courses, master-classes, recordings, academic research, and performance related projects. Many projects relate specifically to the instruments in The Richard Burnett Collection.

John Kerr Awards
Gary became Musical Director of the international competition awards from 2012 following several years as the official accompanist.
The awards were set up in memory of John Kerr, a tenor with the Royal Opera House. John’s love was the great body and catalogue of English Song through the ages. The John Kerr Awards celebrate the rich variety of the English Song genre through a bi-annual international competition.
In Wales, Gary has adjudicated for the Abertawe Festival of Young Musicians (AFYM) since 2016.
He has worked for several years for the Lost Chord charity (‘where words fail, music speaks‘) – performing in Cardiff and Sheffield for people with dementia.
CDs & Recordings
Gary has recorded solo, as part of a duet and ensemble. He has recorded under several labels and is well connected in the industry.
Latest title: Gary has recently recorded Haydn in London with 2 singers. The commercial release is expected later in 2019.
